Most of the time, it's less of a crowd at this location. I had a 30 min wait time and guess what, I ran to the bathroom. They called my number as I was walking out the bathroom. The lady supervisor said she just called another person, they will call me again after two numbers in my series. I waited another 1.5 hours to be seen. That's ridiculous. I've seen clerks take ppl who came up late within the next 15 mins or so. DMV is the absolute worse. Two hours of my time wasted. A word of advice, if you're alone, just hold it. Lol

Amazing Service. I went there with an expectation of waiting in a long line. The Asian lady in the front desk was so active, very knowledgeable and fast. I waited less than 15 minutes to complete my transaction. Staff were very polite. I have never seen any DMV like this in VA.

It took 45 minutes to drop off my old car plates. Maryland VMA has a kiosk. Step it up Virginia.

Rude Rude RUDE! The security people were yelling at the top of their lungs at a poor guy who clearly couldn't speak English. Most disappointed with their lack of professionalism. The DMV needs to replace these atrocious security guards!!
