I just walked into this shop a few moments ago (01/07/18) to look for a gift for my wife. As I came in a young lady was busily playing on her phone and I received no greeting or explanation of what the store has to offer. Just a glance and back to the phone. A second young lady came out of the back room and welcomed me and told me if I needed anything to please let her know. I did a walk around and as I was leaving the same young lady was still on her phone and essentially oblivious to the fact she had a customer with money to spend. Not one offer of assistance or a question of what I was looking for. It is a shame since that was my initial impression of what is otherwise a nice store. I hope that the owner of this store trains their employees in the future that if a customer comes in it would be a good idea to at the very least say hello and put down the phone and attempt to make a sale.
