Been going to Vitale's on Leonard for 15 years.  So well over 300 pizzas in that time and hot subs.  I can count on less than a handful the times errors have been made and its never been something huge(eg; forgotten extra sauce, forgot added topping) .  They are fast,  well priced. A 16" deluxe pizza is enough to feed my family of 4 plus the kids take leftovers to school the next day.  I plan to continue to go here as long as they keep doing a stellar job.

Either fix the popcorn machine or toss it out. Don’t lead me on with empty promises. I need salty goodness clogging my arteries!

The customer service is terrible. Hands down. Two times I've ordered a pizza for take out, both times have been more than 15 minutes later than the initial time I was given. The most recent visit was bad from the start. The girl that answered the phone was rude. They forgot my breadsticks, which lead to a 25 minute wait while they cooked them. The pizza is great, which is a shame. I'll be looking for a new pizza place after this.

Best. Bartender. Ever. Not only does Chris make you feel welcome he also makes sure you enjoy your experience on every level. He is like a big brother. As a single gal bars can be frustrating with unwelcome advances. Chris seems to sense quickly when something isn't quite right and is quick to intervene if requested  so I feel very safe hanging out there knowing I don't have to fend for myself if feeling cornered. 2 thumbs up.
