I had an absolutely one of the best experiences with Vi at VIVO Salon! Vi is very knowledgeable, attentive and sweet! She caters to what her clients want, and makes sure her work is done perfectly! I highly recommend this salon for any service they offer, it will be a wonderful experience!

My back, right hip, has been in constant pain - I've seen my regular doc, a foot doctor and a chiropractor with no luck. But this hot stone massage has made a noted difference.  Khoung was willing to work and spend more time on the area that needed attention too...and he's just fantastic. He made me feel completely comfortable...so talented, respectful and professional. Also, he did not hurt me. I'm very sensitive to massages- my pain threshold is low- i appreciated the way he was able to get my muscles to relax gradually without pain. Highly recommend.  Ohhh, also, I slipped on the ice and had a giant black and purple bruise- within a week- the bruise was GONE- due to the increased circulation and blood flow in my legs from this massage. Massage IS healing!

I received mani/ pedi with wax and hot rocks.   Awesome! Staff is friendly and relaxing atmosphere

I wish zero stars was an option. They void gift certificates if you have to reschedule your appointment. I purchased a massage and spa mani/pedi for my best friend. She had to reschedule her appointment and they told her the gift certificates, my money, would be void. That is no way to run a business.  They will no longer receive business from this Harpers Ferry resident.

Welcomed warmly as soon as we entered the building and was treated professionally, and wonderfully throughout our awesome massage. We will be returning, and will be recommending Vivo spa.
