I wanted to use a local florist for my daughter's wedding even though I was advised to use a larger commercial vendor for all my floral needs.  I did my research and decided to use Vogel's as my floral supplier. BIG MISTAKE! What I ordered and what I picked up the day before the wedding were two different things. My daughter's bridal bouquet looked thrown together with carnations popping up all around it and a few roses buried in between.  The arrangements I ordered for the altar were NOTHING like the photo I selected from the website.  The arrangements were filled with mostly baby's breath, which are accents, and carnations yet what I ordered didn't have anything like that in it. They looked more like bushes than flower arrangements. I was very disappointed but it was the day before and I didn't have time to wait for the florist to make another arrangement. Once the wedding was over I contacted the owner and explained to her my disappointment with my order and she asked me to send her pictures which I did.  A week went by and I had to reach out to her again.  During our conversation she insisted that she was doing me a favor and I got what my budget could afford.  She also basically blamed me for the look of the arrangements. It made me feel like my money wasn't good enough and I should have been happy with my purchase.  I will never use Vogel's again and would not recommend them for anyone with a budget.

For Mother's Day this year I had an issue scheduling a delivery time for my busy body girlfriend and with the wonderful assistance of Kristen (hopefully I spelled that right) I was able to coordinate a perfect delivery time! Her customer service was above and beyond, even with it being the eve of Mother's Day she made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. She was even kind enough to call me on Mother's Day to confirm the flowers were delivered!

Thank you again for all your help, looking forward to sending more beautiful flowers through you guys again!

Thanks Vogel Flowers,  I placed an online order for same day delivery. I even requested a photo be sent to me before the flowers were delievered and Vogel did not disappoint. I will definitely use their services again.
