Von Bargen's Jewelry has proven to be an exceptional resource for me. Why? you ask. Well, I have four daughters, in addition to my lovely Armenian wife, and each has been extremely happy with the gifts that have come from this source of fine gems (& I use the term broadly). I had Armenian crosses (a special and elaborate design) uniquely crafted for each of my daughters and my wife, celebrated birthdays and anniversaries with gold necklaces, cocktail rings, and black pearls, and have been a catalyst to my daughters to seek their own treasures from this pirate trove of Von Bargen's. My only disappointment is that I thought surely each of the most personable representatives would wear an eye patch (possibly studded with left overs from the last looted ship).
	Then it was my turn! My wife made arrangements for a ring to be designed and crafted for me! Now I can be a pirate too. I append my thank you note to the Von Bargen's crew which reflects how I felt about the ring.

Dear Nathan, Tina, Jason, Bruce, and Roxanne,
        This unique and exquisite ring is extraordinary and the effort & artistry of all contributors is much appreciated.
        The stone is special since my grandfather was a geologist who schooled me on agates when I was but a lad and this ring replaces a fire agate that had served as a wedding ring. The dancing rainbows in this beautiful ellipse couldn't be better.
        The wax crafted model was perfect. Exceptional esthetics were necessary to complement such a large stone … as well as balance and support. Bruce met this challenge magnificently.
        The work of the alchemists in turning the wax into gold, shouldering the stone so as to display the beautiful gold and finishing a work of art that spoke of understated elegance is exceptional. Roxanne's suggestions as artfully translated and shepherded by Jason, Tina, and Nathan, were flawlessly accomplished. The artistry and caring at each step of the ring's creation is evident. The ring fits perfectly and can be shined as well as removed with that wonderful Greek panacea, Windex.
        Thank you all for your marvelous artistry.

It was seven years ago my wife and I decided to purchase our wedding rings from Von Bargen's. The staff and owners took time to educate us on our purchase, taking all the unknowns out and making us feel comfortable with our decisions. It's clear from the moment you walk into a Von Bargen's you are in a team atmosphere where everyone is engaged in the stores success by creating welcoming customer experiences. At one time I was a retailer myself and I appreciate the effort it takes to create that sort of environment for both the staff and the customer.

I purchased a solid silver bracelet for my wife online for her birthday.  It was a little over my budget and when I called the store, they were able to help me out just enough on price and gave me super-fast shipping so that  I had it in plenty of time for her birthday.  Would definitely shop there again!

I had an amazing experience not only buying this ring but also giving this ring to my Wife for our 10 year anniversary.  The service I received from Von Bargens was really World Class.  You don't experience this type of service very often, but when you do receive it, you know it.  They helped me pick this ring out and it is my Wife's favorite piece she has now.

Every dealing I have had with the staff at Von Bargen's has been a pleasant experience. The staff is always helpful from making repairs, to picking the right gift, to working within a budget. I appreciate the quality and craftsmanship they have provided throughout the years.
