I have bought many things from Cloverleaf in the past and always felt like they have taken care of me. Even when it took many hours to make up my mind on what gift to get my loved ones they were willing to give me the attention and guidance I needed. That is why when I was ready for marriage I started my search for an engagement ring at Cloverleaf. After looking there and at countless other stores I really could not find anything I was looking for. That is when I took Cloverleaf up on their offer to make me a custom ring. It was a long process, as we worked with a jewelry manufacture they use for jobs like this, but in the end it came out perfect and was exactly what I imagined. That is why I wanted to write this review so people know that is worth the time to stop in at Cloverleaf to see how they can help with your next gift.

I love this store. They have so many beautiful things and I can always be sure to find what I need. If I can't find it in the store, they are more than willing to order it so it fits with my time frame. They have everything from beautiful jewelry to funky gifts. They even have a great greeting card selection for every occasion. I always find the perfect gift for whoever I am looking for. The customer service is fantastic. They always make sure I find everything and help me pick out the perfect gift when I am stumped. I would definately recommend this store for anyone looking for that unique gift.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Completely messed up a special order by...not ordering it! Took my money though! If I hadn' called after a few weeks they wouldn't have even figured it out. Then when I tried to figure out how to fix the issue - the female owner was rude, condescending, and even a bit of a smartalec! Ironically, this was my first (and last) purchase here and although I like to buy local - I will never go there again. P.S. found the same ring via online from a company with great reviews for $30 less. Actually did see a few things in there I was thinking on purchasing, but i will go somewhere else instead. I won't go to a place that treats its customers substandard. Funny thing is got the impression that I wasn't important because I only spent $100 dollars, like I was a piece if trash. But in the words of Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman", Oh. - You work on commission, right ? Uh, yes. Big mistake. Big. Huge ! I have to go shopping now. I do have to go shopping now...and not there!
