Three different households had positive experiences with Vredevoogd and all but insisted I hire them for my heating and cooling needs. I had both air conditioner and furnace replaced. All the gentlemen were very polite and friendly.  They took time to answer all my questions.  Precautions were made to keep the areas tidy and damage free.  They went the extra mile and laid down runners and helped me move furniture out of the way then back again.  Both the installers and the estimators were very knowledgeable. The employees called and kept me informed regarding timing of their visit. I will recommend Vredevoogd in the future.

This is the 2nd home I have had Vredevoogd install a furnace.  From the time they do an estimate to the time the installation is done, Vredevoogd is professionalism at it's best.  I was given a clear and competitive estimate.  They took care of every detail for me and provided options for financing that worked for my situation.  The furnace install was neatly and professionally done with them taking care of all cleanup and disposal of the old furnace.  All details of operation were provided for my understanding and I took advantage of their maintenance program for my air conditioning unit and new furnace since that program saves me money and peace of mind in the long run.  Highly recommend Vredevoogd!

First experience with Vredevoogd was fantastic!! 11 stars from me!! Jeremiah was fantastic!! Excellent communication and fabulous personality and just extremely pleasant to deal with!! He took photos and video to show me what was going on and was very informative on everything, he also explained things in detail when I was near by watching and asking him questions. He also did not rush things which I greatly appreciate. I love quality, not quantity. I'm very glad I called you guys, thank you very much Jeremiah for a job above and beyond "well done"!! I also signed up for the Service Club Membership!! Also, Sue (the CSR) was very pleasant and so easy to deal and communicate with!! Thank you Sue for your excellent customer service skills!!

I was impressed from the first customer service phone call, to the diagnosis of potential furnace issue, to the install. Everything went great! If there was a ten star rating I would be giving it. Hats off to a top notch customer care oriented business!
New hot waterheater and air conditioner installed, same excellent service. They know what their doing and answer all questions. I'm still impressed and thankful.

Vredevoogd has always been very prompt and professional.  Technicians are great to talk to about systems and know all about the equipment needed and what is right for your home and needed for your home.  Moving to Byron Center the tech said they would  highly recommend surge  protection for both our furnace and air conditioner.  Tech said this area is very prone to power surges and brownouts and it can cause issues with motors.  Monthly service plan is highly worth getting for all types of emergency services needed.
