Horrible experience. They did new system install on my residence and new business construction. Inadequate coverage design, poor follow up, and they would not come out to fix it. When i called with concerns they could not have cared less. Now i have hired a new company to fix the problems at added cost. Do not use winchel.

Winchell Irrigation did a great job for us.  Our lawn was the yellowest in the neighborhood and Greg Winchel, the owner, at the time, was my next door neighbor and had hands down the best lawn in Jenison.  I think people probably used to drive past and see his lawn as a sample of what his work was like, and we likely were the example of what NOT to have a lawn look like.  A local church had a fair and were offering helicopter rides, and when we saw our lawn compared to everyone else from above, we decided to take action.  When we got home, I walked over and asked Greg if his company would be willing to put a system in for us, and he couldn't have been more enthusiastic to get the job done :-)  Within a week, they came out and within either one or two days total, we had a 32 head Rainbird sprinkler system with 8 timed zones.  We were in shock how quickly and painlessly they got the job done.  Great system. Great people to work with!
