I am very disappointed with the service provided by Mary Clancy, realtor. She was very unprofessional in various ways. 

[Appointment cancellation]
She attempted to cancel my appointment for showing one hour before the scheduled time. She said "I have to take my son to doctor this afternoon." 

[Application fees $225 for nothing]
She showed me an condo for rent but I applied for it and paid the application fee, she said the owner changed his mind to sell it, so the condo is not available anymore. She did not give my application fee ($75) back. She showed me another condo unit in the same building, saying that it's not her unit but it's for rent. She made me pay the application fee for two applications which was not necessary and told me the same thing. "The owner wants to sell it now. It's not for rent anymore." She did not give my application fee ($150) back again.

Additionally, she changed the price of the rent from $2300 to $2100, $2100 to $2150, and again $2150 to $2300. After days of struggling, I got the answer that the condo is now for sale, so it is not available for renting.

[Lack of essential knowledge]
Also, when I was writing the application for the condo, she had no idea how to fill out the form. She could not answer any question I asked. She did not even know how to calculate pro-rate for partial months and even forgot to mention that the first month rent will be pro-rated. She told me after I wrote all the checks I needed to write. She said "Oh, by the way, I forgot about the pro-rated rent! But I don't know the formula." So I had to google myself the formula.

She was the worst realtor I've ever met in my life. Period.
