Weichert  gave me the opportunity to be a Real Estate Agent. Weichert is a great place to work with very friendly staff.

My family and I recently moved from a Property in Fairfax (3512 Perry St.) that was "managed" by Weichert. It was one of the worst renting experiences EVER! The "caretaker" was never around and did not maintain the house or property as stated in our Lease. Weichert was unresponsive and unavailable whenever we would try to reach them. Their team in Fairfax has the worst customer service skills in the industry. Very rude and careless. I wish we could have spoken to the Landlord and let them know that their property was not being cared for. I would also tell them that the MOLD in the basement was not tended to and Weichert had no regard for the property. 

I would not wish this horrible experience on anyone and I caution against anyone using them as property managers.

I have never dealt with a company such as Weichert, dishonest, liar, incompetent and not professional are the first words that come to my mind. If you want to save your money, don't waste your time, definitely I recommend to find another company.
