One of the best experience I've had at a Jewelers. I've met with Adelina and Maria to create an exceptional 10 year anniversary ring! They had the most patience with me without any negativity. They are one of the most caring people concerned with making sure you are completely happy with whatever you choose. I feel like we've became family with how comfortable they make you. Very well-run. Went there when I wanted to know if the battery on my JDM G-Shock could be replaced (it has a diver's back). They gave me a quote of $25 if I wanted the back done; and $85 for the 20 BAR WR test. Very reasonable, straight-forward person named Jeff working there. Will be my go-to for my G-Shock service when I'm not in Manhattan (Sorry, but the G-Shock store wins in that respect!)
