I had a wonderful first experience and visit at Wade Family Medicine!

Dr Freestone, my doctor for the last several years, recently switched practices and started working at Wade Family Medicine this last fall.

The receptionist answered my phone call almost immediately and got me in right away to see Dr Freestone! When I arrived, I was treated kindly and professionally as I got registered for my appointment.

Between nurses, receptionists and any other staff, I was greeted with a smile and felt comfortable the entire time.

My appointment with Dr Freestone, as always, was wonderful. He's always more than happy to answer any questions I have and is consistently personable. I love Dr Freestone!

I have been disappointed by this office over and over again. Last year I went in, for a routine check up. I was told I wouldn’t be able to receive a complete check up because it was that time of the month. I paid a $50 co pay and they proceeded to charge me another $75. For what?!?!? Today, they returned my call about another issue, told me they would need to transfer me to the front desk to set up an appointment. I was transferred and immediately asked to hold. I agreed, no big deal. I was on hold for 15 minutes. So I hung up and called back. Well when I called back, I received and automated recording telling me they were on lunch and to call back later. They put me on hold and took a lunch.....nice.
Incredibly unprofessional and absolutely no respect for their patients. I’ll be looking for another provider. Good luck to those that choose this office.

There is a reason they only have 3 stars. All the negative reviews are spot on and legit. I wished I would have heeded their warnings. This entire medical facility is incompetent, unprofessional and only cares about money. The unfortunate thing is Dr. Sandra Waite herself has zero integrity and actually justifies it by hiding instead of admitting her mistakes. Since we have control over our healthcare we chose to go to another facility, best exerperience and care. Hands down. Why waste your health, hard earned money and time on this practice who could care less about you. You deserve better. Heed the reviews.

Wade Family medicine is the best.  Dr. Freestone is the best doctor that I have ever seen.  His caring and explanation of everything that he does is awesome.  I highly recommend him.  I have been to a lot of doctors and Dr. Freestone is the only one I have really felt comfortable with.
