Took my 2 1/2 year old to be seen and the staff did everything to make him feel at ease. They have a basket of small toys to pick out of and fun books that kept him entertained. Dr Heaton was very informative and answered all my questions. His MA was amazing and so sweet with my little guy during treatment.

Dr. Heaton and his staff provide one of the best experiences you could possibly have when it comes to any form of healthcare. I had a concerning spot appear on my skin in a relatively sensitive area and they fit me into their schedule (as a new patient) same day — unheard of! The waiting room is clean and beautiful and I literally sat down for about 3 minutes before being taken to the back by the medical assistant. I have never experienced such a short wait time in my life. And his medical assistant was wonderful. As a new patient (including paperwork), I was in and out within 30 minutes and never once felt like I was waiting around. Thank you for making me feel important and for being so kind. Dr. Heaton, you are doing something right because your staff is wonderful and your service is wonderful. Please keep it up forever! We need more Dr's like you.

It’s AMAZING. the minute I walked in the whole place was sooo nice and everyone was so welcoming. The doctor is awesome. He is so friendly and nice and gives a lot of sample which I really enjoy so I can try something before I buy it. Definitely recommend this place!

Dr Heaton and his entire staff were very kind and welcoming. His facility is absolutely beautiful and I felt very relaxed during my entire appointment. Dr Heaton was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns.

If there was a way to give 6 stars I would, Dr. Heaton and his staff are amazing! He breezed me through a procedure I have been dreading for as long as I can remember and he does it with such true kindness. Beautiful offices and a warm kind receptionist make the entire experience. If your in need of a dermatologist make Dr. Heaton your guy!
