It's what you'd expect from a waffle house. Fast, greasy spoon comfort food. Nothing disappoints here. Everything was hot and fresh including the coffee. The only complaint I have is that their waffles are usually very thin. Almost thinner than eggo waffles. Probably will not order those again. Other than that, everything was great including the service.

Lady named Cat was very polite and helpful. While I only ordered take-out, I gave her a smal tip. She actually interacted with us and made me and my 4 yr old feel very welcome. Excellent customer service, which is very rare to get in this world of fast-paced, high tech generation that has put a living human voice extinct. Lol Thanks Cat for your courteous and kind service.

Great place for a quick bite of breakfast. Everything is so fresh and you can watch them make it on the grill. Very clean little restaraunt!

Took an hour and 45 min to get breakfast. Only 3 other tables were occupied. I dined alone so wasnt a big order. Waitress was excellent for 1:45am had been there since 4pm that day. Other table walked after food arrived cuz horrible. Craziest thing ever....the cook demanded waitress to chase vehicle for license plate no. Soo yeah make it an event.

Hated to give them one star...They deserved NO stars. When I walked in the 3 workers they did have was sitting down talking. They were not friendly at all. The place was filthy dirty!! Had dirty dishes laying around, the waffle grill had waffle batter all over it and on the counter. The work area was just nasty! Tha cook slapped my pork chops on the grill like he didn't want to be there..and the icing on the cake the man taking my order coughed in his hand 3 times back to back..Then started writing my order. I ask him can he please wash his hands, which I still didn't c happen..I had to leave out the door so I wouldn't had to watch no more. Only because I was hungry. I evacuated from Port Arthur due to Harvey and this was the WORST meal I had so far!! Need to call the health department!
