I have a finicky cat and the groomer lady stopped while she was walking to talk to me. Recommended a food brand which is high protein I had not tried and it was a miracle for my fussy cat loves it. And I got on the deal plan so my 10th bag will be free which is nice. Mostly, I understand the groomer doesn’t even work in that section and I was so thankful she took her time to help me. I use a mobile groomer for my dog at home because he can’t leave but I will probably come here for my next dog. I have to say also that I read the other reviews and the person who supposedly had fleas go home via dog to the cats at home needs to know that cats need to be on a preventative too because dog can bring them inside from anywhere even your own yard. They can also jump through screens onto window dwelling cats. It is not fair to blame the store. Any vet would say the same thing I know because I went through the same problem of kitty getting fleas even though he doesn’t go outside. Oh one more thing usually pet supply stores smell like old meat and I hate this because I have a strong sense of smell and lots of scents make me nauseous but this store had no bad smell at all.

LOVE this place! The self dog wash is clean and they provide everything you need! Plus it’s also a doggy bakery so you can get your pup a special treat afterward!

Just got done with giving my nervous healthy 120 lbs corso a bath at wag and wash. For the 1st time this winter i was unable to get him in the tub at home. Went to wag and wash...and with help from the GREAT staff I was able to give my boy a bath. Not to mention they carry all of my dog and cats needs for food, play, grooming and more. Thank you so much for your help today with bathing my boy.

Absolutely loved this place! So perfect and incredibly convenient. The girl at the front desk was soooo sweet and helpful as we had never been here before. We have a 70lb Samoyed named Ghost and we will definitely be back next time he needs a good wash.

We stopped in here just to look around for a new toy for our fur baby and the gentleman working was the nicest guy ever this store is amazing we got a bag of the homemade treats to bring home and dobby loves them wish we had one closer to us if I'm back in the area will definitely make it a point to stop
