We have been coming here for over a year and have always had good experiences. We have bearded dragons, guinea pigs, and now a puppy.  Brittany was helpful answering our bearded dragon questions, friendly cashiers, and Jon giving us hassle free returns. They also price match to their website so I find them to have the best prices over PetSmart and Chuck and Don's. The smell and cleanliness of store could be approved upon though.

Horrible horrible place. I personally like having mice as pets so we (my boyfriend and I) went to go get some. We ended up picking out 4 we absolutely loved and when they put the mice in the box the attendant helping us thought something was off with one of the mice so he went to ask, they assured us they were okay, about a week later after falling inlove with them i come in to find one of the mice had passed away. Not sure how it happened another one of them started showing signs of being sick, looking up definitions online we found out it was a upper respiratory issue which is apparently highly contagious and can be passed along between other small animals with the same small respiratory system, and it can take sometimes up to a year to kick in. About three months ago one of my guinea pigs fell ill to the same exact thing; we hoped it would be the end until tonight where AGAIN my guinea pig(another one) fell ill. I still have 5 small pets I have to worry about now. I will NEVER buy from here again!!

Took our dog for training.  A 6 week course took 10 weeks because instructor had to cancel classes.  Halfway through, got a new trainer.  She was good, but at last, graduation class, she saw I was sitting there with dog and she still left for the day.  I had to find someone to help us.  Then, they found a 3rd trainer.  Felt like we were rushed out of there.  Do not recommend local for obedience training.

I recently made a stop at petco, as a young fish enthusiast, wanting to add to my collection. I got rejected at the register after I found the beautiful rare fish that I spent hours and hours gazing at. The horrific workers at petco didn't believe I was 18 because of my height and my choice of clothing. I have never been so disgusted and saddened. Go to pet smart they will believe you. I went to Petsmart and got a more extravagant fish anyway.
