Dr. Brangman never got out of her seat! Every concern that I had she told me to see a Dr about! I thought she was a Dr! Then she called in a wrong prescription and didn't call in the main one! She didn't touch me during the whole visit. How can you provide care without contact? I wrote in about my concerns and never got a response. When I wrote in about my prescription they immediately blamed the pharmacy. They have no concern for your care, you're just another co pay to them. I guess I'll try Duke primary, I've heard they have good diabetes doctors.

This practice has neglected it's patients. The physician assistant has dragged thier feet giving my mom a RX. The recording when u called said the physician would only be gone till he 26th yet they informed her that she would be gone till the Jan 2nd. They also didn't change the recording to ensure patients have the correct info. This is not safe nor respectful to the people they serve who trust the correct information. Because of the physician assistant my mom who is disabled and on disability may have to pay 200 dollars for a RX that would cost her nothing due to her deductibles on insurance being all payed in. Her chronic fatigue is hurting g her and she is suffering due to the neglect and lack of efficiency of this office. Wake med should not tolerate this at any location. I will be contacting news outlets and medical boards and journals if this is not solved with my mom having her RX fully covered cost wise on Tuesday since they are closed on new years.

I HATE this place. I thought I was being picky, over sensitive or having unreasonable expectations - but reading the other reviews I see I am not alone. I feel I am processed like cattle, I feel they ask me to do a bunch of useless stuff “just to be sure” which translate to me as “just to be able to charge you more”... I don’t feel I am considered as a person when going there, more like a number, I am customer #12345 in their long day and they have to process me as fast as possible. Also, why do I have to wait 15min for the doctor to show up when I booked one of the very first appointment in their day? They are not all bad, some of them staff member are friendly and attentive but honestly they are outweighed by the overall negative feeling I have going there. This was the last time, I am not going back there ever

I have been a patient here for 3 years. Whenever I needed a same day appointment I have always been able to get one, the staff is always friendly and polite. Very professional and always make me feel welcomed. I have never had any issues with the care I have received at this practice.
