I go to the pharmacy here. The 2 pharmacist that work here are wonderful. They help me with everything I need. The other ladies here are great too. They changed there hours, so its not 24hour pharmacy anymore, there open in till 11 pm. 👍

I use this pharmacy regularly out of convenience of its location but it is the absolute worst.  Every time I go in it’s at least a 30 to 40 minute wait to either drop off a presicription Reciept or pick up the actual medication.  There is always a line and the people behind the counter move super slow. there is only ever one person attending customers while the others stand around.  I’ve been told to come back in an hour to pick up prescriptions and they are never ready when they say they will be.  Terrible service.

One of the worst pharmacy experiences from Walgreens thus far. The worst customer service provided to customers and high lack of communication. I changed insurances and already went into the store to update the information and received my prescription. However, the following time, they told me I needed to go into the store again to verify in person which caused a delay on the prescription refill. Calling the Pharmacy to simply receive direction on what is needed with a prescription delay is a mission as no one attends the phone. I waited on hold for 30 minutes three times and the line was cut each time. I wasn't even able to speak with anyone who could assist me. It seems as though they hang up on their customers when they call during busy hours. This is not customer-centric and causes many frustrations with already delayed prescriptions. Very disappointing given the area that the store is located near Coral Gables.

Arguably the most incompetent pharmacy staff I've dealt with in the United States. The people at the pharmacy just text and talk while long lines accumulate.

The people are the friendliest in town. This is important to me when I consider where I spend my money for the Pharmacy.
