By far the most unprofessional and hippa violating location I have ever visited. Leaving medical information at the front desk, quoting a time 4+ hours from drop off and still not ready once you arrive. Zero compassion and urgency to assist those waiting.

The worst customer service any place of business can ever have. Really one star is even to high to give, RUDE, UNKIND, ARROGANT and makes us feel like we owe them for going there or using them as are pharmacists!! The managers are worst because they don’t fix any of the problems as far as the employees customer service! 😐😠☹️ really sad! So unprofessional and with that kind of attitude what school do they go to to treat people this way. The pharmacist area is best to be CLOSED DOWN because they are an absolute RUDENESS TO THE RUDEST. New management is in desperate of need in this Nellis and Sahara area PLEASE!!! PLEASE PLEASE!!

Every single time I come here I feel like I am at the d.m.v. long line every time 5 windows yet there is always only 2. People working and they are so disorganized takes them forever to find people's things.I just hope they can figure out to hire more staff since they are a high volume store.

The pharmacy personnel really need an attitude check. I first went to drive thru and the girl took her time fixing her hair before she picked up the phone to ask me what I wanted. I got a call alerting me that my medicine was ready. So this girl that took a long time to fix her hair. She says part of it was not ready 10 more minutes. So now I have to make the long line inside.. ridiculous! Ppl are in pakn and in need of there meds! And the the personel inside lool at you like you are crazy and say they need more time! They need better organization!

It has been 3 times now that we have called and were told yes prescriptions are ready, I wait and don't even go until hours later and they aren't ready. Not sure how they can tell me how much to bring and how many are ready and they aren't ready hours later? This is unacceptable. I used to swear by walgreens but looks like I will have to take my business elsewhere. Disappointing.
