I used walgreens last year for christmas photos. I had a great expereince so i wanted to use them again this year. This time i bought calenders photo books and christmas cards. I went there yesterday and was so upset that i walked out. The woman at the photo booth around 3 pm yesterday was so rude to me i didnt even want to do business with you guys. She got frustrated with me because you guys lost power earlier that day and lost my order. After she continued to yell at me in front of other customers because she didnt know how my name was spelled and huff ad puff at me for bothering her, she called the manager and then walked away from me and left me there. I didnt even get my stuff. She never found my order even tbough i tried to show her my order number she didnt care to help me or offer any kind of help to me. I think i will be goinf back to cvs after this experience. This was the closest walgreens to me but i REFUSE to be spoken down to the way she did to me. I wish i knew her name she had glasses on she was middle aged... even the other customers were baffled by her appalling behavior.

The photo department was incredibly helpful in getting some large poster prints done in a hurry and troubleshooting a corrupt file. So thankful for them! Will definitely use them for all our future photo needs
