Amazing shop which has a little bit of everything for gifts and home decor. The layout of the store makes it feel magical and as though you are exploring, rather than simply browsing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, just be sure that you have plenty of time to look around!

Definitely a pretty cool place to visit. Staff seems to be a little bit snooty. You can absolutely find a gift here for someone that is hard to shop for. Prices on some things are reasonable and on others I find to be high. Store seems to be geared more towards the ladies. Absolutely love the antique Decor they have.

Great place to get your Pandora fix! They have a registry so no one has to remember what charms you already have! They also have a lot of other very nice gifts as well! The inside is bigger than it seems from the outside

Wits End is a beautifully curated store, that's a feast to look at.  The variety and offerings are amazing.  It's a love/hate relationship for me though as I've discovered that many of the items are marked up as much as 40% or higher compared to online competitors.  And while I definitely do appreciate the help of a sales person, the amount of help offered in this particular store is a turn off.  I'm typically approached by a sales person no less then 10 times per visit even when I have already enlisted the help of a particular staff member.  It's very annoying, though to the store's defense I can understand how it may be difficult to get the balance correct in such a large space.

Very difficult to get assistance in the jewelry department. Sales rep was very disinterested in helping the customers.  I was glad to see that wasn't the theme throughout... The remainder of the store had great customer service.
