They no longer give you access to your local pharmacist - you are forwarded to a call center. Call center never forwarded my prescriptions to my local store the first time.  They refuse to open the second car lane for the drive thru nor another store since they appear overwhelmed yet they're building like crazy further west down Valencia Rd.

Horrible experience here customer service is as poor as it gets there was a Caucasian chubby fellow at the cashier register with large curly hair who claims his name was "antonio" is why I'm giving the description brought him four items that were on sale he told me two of them weren't, even though i stood there explaining they are. Instead of checking himself he yells out "are you going to get two more of the same ones?" I go back just to retrieve the sale item tag and leave it on the counter and said "I took it off for you guys I don't any of it anymore." and left. I will not spend money on this location.

Staff is just rude....whether its a sales assoc. or pharmacist/pharm tech, they seem almost discriminative against humans.... they did have the lowest prices on tht side of town, atleast for the meds i was getting. so i was just S.O.L. when i wanted to choose another location...   :-(

I can't believe a business makes money on chasing people away but the last few times, recently, I was in the store, several people stormed out after loud arguments with pharmacy staff. "I" received MY meds and then my wife was turned down when pharmacy stated they didn't take my wife's Insurance, blue Cross blue shield, which is the same as mine. We left and upon arriving home 40 miles away, they called and said the prescriptions were ready. Just for being SUPER rude.....we will NEVER enter another Walgreen's! EVER !.
THAT'S the same nasty attitude they had the last few times we tried to do business. Goodbye Walgreens !!!

Here I am AGAIN thinking the wait and service will be different this time!!!!! I hate myself right now !!! Why ? Why? Don't I go by the dozen and dozens of negative experiences Walgreens has tossed my way??? My God there are 5 options of pharmacy within a  mile!!!  Trust your gut folks....
