I am in from out of state. No other pharmacy would fill my scripts. Not only did they have my script, Allison was very helpful, and got my medicine right away in the drive thru! Thank you walgreens for a job well done! :)

This is the worst pharmacy service in Bonita springs and Naples.   I waited 15 minutes this morning 10 am and left as the one car ahead of me never moved.    I called and spoke to the morning manager Megyn  who listened to the problem and was going to send staff back to help.  She cared and was responsive.  But when I returned at 2:50 pm, I had the same zero service.    One car sat at the drive through for over 20 minutes.   I called the afternoon manager.  His response was that I should wait ... no other solutions.   He told me that the car line was not intended for service , just convenience. 
I am switching to CVS.

I have used 3 different methods to refill my prescriptions and somehow when I arrive at the specified time to pick them up they are not ready. The pharmacy staff has little to no compassion or common sense. Very unprofessional.
