I've recommended multiple companies to Nixon and have recently become very disappointed. Not only with the services provided while taking care of  one of my smaller medical practice, but also their untimely response and their failure to assist when the company had complaints of wrinkled and dirty lab coats. Even after complaints, no responses from the company and then finally deciding to cancel, Nixon charged the company a cancellation fee. A CANCELLATION FEE!... for being unhappy with services, trying to get them resolved, not being able to, no responses and then got CHARGED for being unhappy. I'm really disappointed. It took 5 months to finally get a response on refunding the amounts charged after cancellation, only to be told by an Account Specialist, Ms. Michele Abbott, that the charges will stand. I will refer anyone else to this company. If they would have helped in the first place, we wouldn't have had to go through this.  Bye Nixon.

Ive used Nixon for near 20 years for our spa in Doylestown. The prices are competitive, the service is reliable and any issue I've had, and there are very few,  is addressed quickly.
