Pharmacy representative told me that the wait was going to be 1 hour at 8 PM,  then said that my prescription would be ready around 8:45 PM. I queried why, and was informed curtly that there were around 7 people ahead of me in the drive through lane. A nicely put together gentleman near the age of the customer facing representative appeared to drop off his prescription around 15 minutes after me. His prescription was ready before mine. I glared at the representative while she checked him out, and she proceeded to call my name immediately after him, revealing that my prescription had been sitting. Review written immediately after this exchange.

The woman I just spoke with was very rude and unsympathetic about transferring an out of state prescription for our 2 year old while we’re on vacation. Not helpful at all and no suggestions to help us out with this process.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years, but my last visit was the worst! About 90% of the time they get my RX wrong. Then when I correct them, they act upset like I have requested them to actually do their job. They are rude & not customer oriented. The last visit, lady didn't say hi, thank you, bye...Nothing! She was young & the first time I saw here there. When I pulled away, I was completely amazed at how I was treat. If you don't like your job, quit! I'm sure there's plenty of overpaid pharmacasist waiting online for your job.

Not customer oriented. Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time, even after the automated message that says they are filled. The staff are incredibly rude and condescending and have even seemed judgmental about the prescriptions they are filling, which is wildly unprofessional. I cannot handle having them fill anything anymore and have switched to a pharmacy 3miles farther
