Erin M the pharmist lady at first wasn't the happiest lady.  We approached through the drive through and she instantly seemed unpleased we were there taking her time.  ( All of the pharmacy dept here acts like this) after a bit she grew kinder and even smiled for the first time during our time. 
I think its very hard for people, especially coming through and to a pharmacy for medications because of illness, when they are not shown kindness.  The moods of the customers are already feeling low, or nervous or sick.  Why is it so hard for this pharmacy dept. to smile and show great customer service?  I get its a tough day for some and busy field to be in. But why be in it if your just going to look unhappy, be rude and show no drive or passion for the field?  Get a grip Walgreen's on church and get it together. Smile and be pleasant!

Gave me half my prescription for more than full price; refused to remedy, insisted I have doctor call and tell them that I do, indeed, need what is prescribed to me.  Dishonest and shady.

I work at an inpatient facility in a nearby town. Made a simple phone call and asked a simple question to the pharmacy staff for a patient who was being discharged, and the gentleman who answered was extremely rude, even hung up without closing the conversation. Good thing I'm not the customer! I will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who lives in Stevens Point.
