The worst customer service I have ever seen. We had our sons prescription filled out of state last month while we were on vacation. Had no problems. Then when we came home and had to have it filled at this location again. We were told that we would have to wait a day for the prescription because they have to call the other location. Instead of sorry for the inconvenience and a little bit of kindness I got " you should've called earlier" I guess I am supposed to just know about their internal policies. I guess I should have just known (even though they have access to that information) that the pharmacy out of state closes 4 hours earlier than this location. When I tried to call them to let them know they needed to call within in the next ten minutes or it would be another day, I was left on hold for 20 minutes. We will be getting ALL of our prescriptions at a different location from now on.

Ordered a few things online last week to pick up in this store. A week later, I find out that half of the stuff is out of stock (though it still shows online it's in stock) so I am assuming that it was just a sale to get people to buy items rather and once the purchase was made to "run out of stock". Not upset because I've honestly expected this with the way Walgreens has been, but it's very unprofessional to take this long to notify customers you're out of stock.

Wow......what a poor customer service!!!!! Nasty attitude! It's pretty bad when you can't even buy 2 dozen of eggs for your kids. They refused to sell me eggs because I walked in the door with someone else who was buying eggs! How crazy is that? I'm my own paying customer, with my own money!!!!!! Why am I'm told I can't buy eggs???????? This is CRAZY!!!!!!! Hope you are happy Walgreens....we may have kids who will not have Easter eggs because you refused a sale. I guess I will take my business elsewhere because Walgreens failed!!!!!!

Wish I could give them no stars, I've been getting the same prescription for over a year never had to pay for it in Charlotte, moved it to Gastonia Walgreens & have to pay for it every time so yes it really made me mad, & the drive thru pharmacy lady was very rude!!

pharmacy is severely understaffed. I moved all my prescriptions from here cause I don't have 20 minutes or more to waste picking them up. that said the staff is very friendly
