My son had me order a Reese's bouquet and had it shipped to a friend for her birthday. The box that it was delivered in was damaged. She loved it until they took a closer look. All chocolate was melted and covered in ants. The girls mom called the store. They are sending a new one and refunded $4.80. Woo hoo! (sarcasm) A birthday surprise ruined! Please order from somewhere else.

Cashier (Sarah) did not speak to me the entire transaction and when something rang up the wrong price and I pointed it out, she still did not speak, but when the person came with the yellow vest she said "this rang up 4.87, and she thinks it is supposed to be 75 cents" then stood there with her arms crossed as if she was angry that I wanted the price corrected. and turned out it was 75 cents! Then my son was buying a movie with his money so we had the divider between our stuff, she removed the divider and rang his things up with mine, so I said we put the divider here because he is buying this desperate from my transaction, she ROLLED her eyes and then I still had to tell her that I was not paying for them so she would need to delete them from my things.... They need better associates to deal with customers, because this lady was rude on so many levels!

Gastonia WalMart is stocked with Equate products and fresh fruits and other Equate products that Belmont WalMart does not carry. No matter about the revamp store they have worked so hard to do this year. The Belmont store is not stocked anymore with things I need to buy and it is not senior citizen friendly.

Quick trip for fresh fruits. Thi s store was clean, easy to find the items I wanted ion electronics and grocery. Well stocked shelves which can be surprising at Wal-Mart. Parking is awful though at Franklin square.

Walmart employees need to realize that customers DO NOT like to be sent from the back of the store to the front if the store and then back to the back again because NOBODY knows where battery testers are!!!
