Went in to return and fix a passport photo for my stepmother. The photo had a black box outlined and got rejected from the federal side. Tried to explain situation and the photo lady had no idea how to fix it. Then the manager was called. His name was Alex Rodriguez. He told me there was no way to fix the issue which is a bold face lie. I continued to ask him to try to take care of the issue. Seems as though he didn't give 2 sh!ts. Didn't even seem to understand how the photo could be done properly. Now I read over other reviews for this location and this place does in fact have poor management and customer service skills. You can see it starts at the top with this location. Needless to say I went to another Walgreens and the photo lady had absolutley no issue fixing the problem . I got the issue taken care of in less than 3 minutes. Red road Walgreens is where it's at!

   Pharmacy  is always open but never has your prescription  on time. They billed insurance  for medication we never received. 30 day refills every month for almost a year delayed to 36 to 40 days. On the phone they say it's ready, but when we go get it, every month it's not ready, ever. The cherry is that staff have different stories as to why this occurs, n then their  rudeness  ensues.

I always have my prescription sent here since they are 24 hours. I always figure that I'll go early, such as6 am  but I never quite get around to it. I usually end up there around 4 pm. I never have a very long wait, and am always very satisfied, much more than at the Resler/Redd location I used to frequent.
