I love this Target over by the west side of El Paso. The staff seem to get matters resolved on time.

Really usually enjoy this location. Needed a receipt for proof of purchase purposes.After a bit of a wait, I was told they could not find any purchases I made that month with the card I used. Although, I had been there several times.  I called the number for Target Guest Servicrs and they were able to help me and sent me the receipt I was requesting in less than two mins.  Staff could stand to be more helpful and/or offer a helpful solution.

They do not price match like they advertise. I showed them the add, they agreed the product was on sale and that they would price match it. When I got there in person their validating app went off line. Despite having the flyer in hand, they wouldn't price match. 

After I called and asked, and they said they would, after I made the drive and got there, they just came up with a bunch of excuses. Then the manager implied I was a liar. We then went to the stores website, the product was listed there as on sale. It was then implied I hacked the stores website, then altered the price some how. 

The lady that was inline before me wasn't able to take defective goods she bought at the store with a receipt. They would only offer in store credit. They wouldn't exchange the product for another one of the same type either. She had to return it for store credit, then go purchase the same thing again. 

This store was unwilling to honor their own advertisements, with the coupons. I'm not talking expired or anything. Legit coupons, they simply don't care. The lengths they were willing to go is incredible. I haven't done a lot of business here, unlikely to do any in the future. 

I'm amazed they implied I hacked their competitors website, despite having the advertisement in hand.

I can't rate then low enough.

Customer service was underwhelming. If i wanted to be treated like a nuisance I'd just go shopping at Wal-Mart. At least saving some money would be worth it

I love Target. Great place to get everything you need at one stop if you want to avoid the crowds at other stores. 

The store looks nice on the inside, however it is pretty much the same styling they  have had since opening back in the 90's. I do believe this location and many other Target locations could use a facelift.
