The pharmacy takes forever, even the drive through. Worse of all when they finally attended me they said they couldnt fill out my prescription in Texas even though I ALWAYS get it at another walgreens in El Paso. This pharmacy is dysfunctional & you should go to another one if you dont want a bad time.

I would give zero stars if I could.  They say,"There's a problem with your insurance," when in fact they haven't even verified my insurance-that happened at least three times. I have been hung up on after being on hold for more than five minutes, at least twice.  When I call back, they put me on hold again.  If I did not call to ask about my prescription, which they said would be ready "Maybe tomorrow because we don't have it in stock," I am told "Oh, we do have it, but your insurance doesn't cover it," again without verifying my insurance. They wanted me to pay $200 for a medication that my insurance covers (and I will be paying $15 for at CVS).  All of this before putting me on hold and subsequently hanging up on me, for a third time. Called my doctor to call in the prescription to CVS- less than an hour later I had a text from CVS saying my RX was ready for pick up. Wow.

The most inefficient pharmacy group. They are lazy and slow. Drive thru is a complete joke. People are lined up ready to pick up and drop off and they are talking to each other as if nobody is waiting.

Nice employees well organized store. Easy access ailes.

Have always received good customer service here. Great deals when you use your walgreen's rewards card. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable, however the wait is sometimes too long to fill my prescriptions.
