The people in the main store at this location are great and more like friends than checkers.  They'll help you and give you deals and coupons at checkout that you didn't even know existed.  The missing star however is because the pharmacy seems to consistently have issues.

Very inconsistent, depending on who is on duty at the time. On 3 different occasions, their automated phone system lost my refill request. There have also been instances where my doctor's office told me they had faxed an authorization to the pharmacy but the pharmacy said they never received it. Some of the staff seems to not care about customer service.

Clean and easy in and out service.

Sometimes the wait for the pharmacy can be long, however they have a drive thru window which helps.
