My first time at this Walgreens and I received great service. Cashier was very helpful

Once again, I encountered another negative experience at this location. The male pharmacy technician forgot to include my other prescription-Vitamin D capsules. I ordered it via the automated system and according to their site, the pills are ready for pickup. I just called and spoke to the pharmacist on call and reported this male tech. She informed me that they do not have the order in their system as being ready. Instead of finishing with me, he decided to help a female customer that was inquiring about a store item. Then after he finished assisting her, he returned to my transaction. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. His demeanor was not friendly or helpful, but condescending in nature. Futhermore, according to this technician, I could not use my rewards $ because they have the wrong zipcode associated with my rewards account. Too many headaches at one location. My husband and I have had 4 negative visits just this year alone. They have lost our business.

I went last night to get medication for my husband. The pharmacist Elaine Hernandez was incredible. I have never witness so much compassion and willingness to help me with the price of the medication. Since my insurance does not cover prescription medication. I never write reviews but definitely had to write this one. Thanks Again for all your help

Worst Walgreens I know!!! Waited in line for 1 hour at the window for me to get to the front and they tell me my prescription is not registered when I showed them the confirmation and that it was supposed to be ready at 9. I got down and complained to the manager on duty, basically told me that they can't do anything about it. It seems like they only have one staff member working, unless the others or chatting in the back. I ended up leaving at 11:50 pm. Don't go here waste of time.

Just when you come out of the hospital with sigh of hope from the medication that your doctor gave you this Walgreens makes you feel like refuse. It accepted my prescription only to tell me later that it was rejected because they don't play well with the hospital. Oh, and to top it off they hang up on people. No empathy, no apologies, just cold heartless staff is what you will get with this Walgreen's personnel.
