Just got family flu shots. Guy did a great job. Processing medical info was quick and easy. Would totally recommend here for the season shot!

Not a nice pharmacy staff AT ALL. Was put on hold for 10 min only for someone to pick up and say "please hold" without giving me the chance to respond. I was on hold for a total of 15 minutes before the phone hung up on me. I then called back only to be on hold for another 12 minutes and when my call was taken care of she was very rude.

I go here often and today was the first time I needed to use pharmacy.  The staff was very rude and nonchalant towards me. I asked if there was a way to pay for my meds online or by phone. They woman told me no and its not posibble. I called back the pharmacy to ask  again because I found that hard to believe. Again I was told "there's no way to do that and that someone already told me that so sorry."So I called the 800# to see if anyone could help. The customer service was great. The agent walked me through everything and showed me how to do express pay. I was able to pay for my meds that way. When I went to pick up prescription, once again the pharmacy staff was rude to me. I explained that when a customer asks if there is a way to pay online they shouldn't tell them no. They should find out before just turning customers away. After 4 hours of unnecessary frustration I would not give this location my business again!
