This place is a nightmare...  The guy at the order desk was highly confused to put it nicely.  Didnt even know what certain drywall products were.  Some basic items (like drywall shims) they didnt even carry.  Once we finally got an order pieced together with the products they actually did have, we weren't given good instruction of where to drive around to wait for our order, so we ended up driving around the warehouse where we were met by an employee that was screaming at us along with a jerk forklift operator who wouldn't get out of our way to let us out.  Once we found the back of the yard where we determined we should have been waiting we were met by another forklift operator that was pissed off at the guy at the sales desk for not getting some of the small items together.  Never going back and judging by the ghost town that this place was I'm guessing I'm not the only one that's had a negative experience.  I'd rather deal with those ornery bastards at Drywall Supply in Plymouth.  Yikes...

I just returned from my trip across Minneapolis to pick up 22 sheets of drywall.  I felt like I was inconveniencing their operation.  The front desk guy was pretty nice but he got my order wrong.  No big deal... until I went to get loaded and discovered (after we loaded a few sheets) that it was wrong.  That is when I started to get some serious attitude from the loader/forklift operator.  The guy was downright abrasive and was pretty much sour for the entire time he helped me load my drywall into my pick-up. He also seemed in a hurry and was really pushy.  For instance, I was sliding a sheet of drywall off the forklift and he started pulling away before I was able to get the sheet into the truck... and it dinged up the corners of my drywall He did this to me twice!  I'd say... there are a LOT of qualified forklift operators out there who could use a decent job right now.  Perhaps it's time someone else got an opportunity to help customers at Wallboard Inc.  I certainly will not return to do business with them again.  Too many other suppliers out there who are more willing to help their customers.  C'mon Wallboard Inc... time to work more on improving customer service and ensuring an over all positive customer experience.
