Been going there 20+ yrs. Live just block from home depot, still choose to drive extra whatever time difference to Menards. With longevity of employees... Like going to friends house. Appreciate when employees will say "i dont know, but think its over there." i dont know is honest and truthful. Much appreciated. Barry is awesome

Vary upset at what happened today when my 3 year old son and husband went to this store. My son got sick and threw up and all the staff just kept staring at them like the world was ending. He tried to ask for help and all the staff were to busy staring at the puke like people don't get sick needless to say he never got what he went there for and I am no we're near happy with the staff there. My son came and and felt so ashamed of himself. I had to explain to him that what happened wasn't his fault. Hoping I can get ahold of management tomorrow morning seeing as no one wants to pick up the phone tonight.

We had a list of items to find on the USA sale. Bill asked if we were able to find everything - he walked us around the whole store to find all the items on our list. Not only was he professional, but he was super friendly chatting with us about our weekend plans while he shopped with us. We have always traveled out of our way to go to this location because of the great customer service. Thank you Bill for making our trip a great one!

The most un  knowledgeable staff I have ever ran across at a home improvement store. I was looking for a simple item I asked an employee and he just mumbled and pointed to the other side of the store.. Okay I proceeded to walk to the other side of the store asked another employee they redirected me to the opposite side of the store. I decided to walk over to building materials usually they have a better grasp on items, not at this store they were rude and didn't have a clue. If you're in need of Home Improvement items I would suggest the Home Depot just north on Highway 65 half a mile.
