My vice grips broke on me, came down to return it for a new vice grips they were out of stock with the original one I broke, so they gave me an upgraded vice grip free of charge. These guys are really the best. I will always shop here!

Was just in here. Memorial Day, super busy but supervisor David D. was great, efficiently dealing with customer questions and issues at the register. Very impressed with customer service. Thanks for a great experience!

Super helpful staff, knowledgable, and usually have what I'm looking for. My only complaint is that now and then it's a bit on the dingy side of things.  But despite that, it's a good alternative place to go for hardware needs.
