I was a loyal customer for years . I placed my order for cupcakes and a three tier cake for my baby shower and can you believe that Hope the owner of Yum Yum Cakes texted my phone at 7am on the day of my baby shower and stated that she was unable to do my cake and cupcakes !!! I cannot believe that she did this to me . And I was feeling something was wrong earlier in the week when I called and texted to give Hope the deposit and she wouldn't take it and when she finally responded she said to just pay her the day I picked up my cake and cupcakes. I asked her if she was sure she able to do my cake and cupcakes and she reassured me . But , that was not the case . I will never in my life use her again . That was down right wrong and beyond unprofessional on all levels !!!! Told me the day of my baby shower😔 I'm glad it wasn't my wedding day but she wouldn't have cared .

One of the worst business practices I have seen. I was really excited to have them make my cake. I had set up an appointment for a cake tasting. The first couple of responses were great and were on time. Then when I tried following up about our already scheduled time and where we should be meeting no response. I emailed her three days in a row trying to get a response, because the tasting was  that weekend. ( we were coming out of town for this tasting). The day of the tasting as we are literally getting ready to leave she emails me saying she over booked, and can't do it anymore.If you are looking to actually get cake than I would go to someone that is more professional.

I want to send a great Thank You!!  to this bakery.  You worked with me on very short notice to make my Son's birthday great.  He was pleasantly surprised  and loved his cake.  The cake was fresh and tasted good.  I have recommended  your bakery to my friends and family.
