The restaurant was very clean and in order.  The salad bar is the best, I could go there and eat only salad!  The vegetables are fresh and very crisp,  the cheese was nice and cold,  the dressings were creamy and vey tasty.  There was more than enough to choose from.   Everything on the hot bar was very good,  the servers kept everything full and again so many items to choose from!  Our server kept the hot rolls coming and our drinks were never empty.   It was on a Sunday so I figured it would be over crowded, but it was very smooth... Very good!

Super friendly and attentive staff. Rachel was on her game. The steak was fantastic and the salad bar was too. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. We will definitely try it again the next time we get a chance. Did I mention Rachel? She kept our drinks full and the empty plates bused. That’s saying a lot because I was, as usual when I’ve been working outside all day, a thirsty feller. Good place.

My husband and I love this place. You can order the buffet or from the menu. They do a very good job keeping the food fresh on the buffet. The buffet itself is enormous.There are two salad bars, a huge u-shaped buffet of hot foods and two bars of desserts. The salad bars have lettuce, eggs, cheese and an assortment of other toppings. There are also salads (potato, tuna) and several types of fruit. 

The buffet menu changes. They have fish on Fridays, but always have fried chicken and other items. Soup selections change also, but have always been very good. Desserts range from red velvet cake, cookies, pound cake, pies and ice cream. The service is always spot on. They have a senior citizen discount if you ask for it and are over 55.

The food and Management at this location are top notch. The managers were so attentive to every detail with our entire party. I can honestly say they must have a great work ethic in their leadership because it showed from the quality of the food to the people working and smiling. Great Place to eat!!!

Western Sizzlin in Ooltewah, Tn is the reason this chain once was on the big scene. Although it has long since past to just a few, I recommend all to visit this location. Food is great and the buffet bar is outstanding. Garden bar has such fresh veggies and so many to choose from for your salads.
