If I could give this Walmart a lower score, I would.  I purchased a queen size air mattress about 2 weeks ago. Last night it sprung a leak. Went to Walmart to exchange for a new one. No I didn't have my receipt, but their return policy on the wall states if it's within 90 days,  I could get a refund or an exchange without it. I was told by management that I had to know the exact date it was purchased otherwise there is nothing they could do because it was an over $50 purchase. I kindly pointed to their sign and said that's not what that say. And if that is not the policy then take down the sign. Because you are misleading your customers when we buy it and tell us something different when we return it.

I went to the new store looking for specific items.. out of the three employees I asked for help in locating something not one of them spoke a word of English.. good job Walmart ! 
Then I had to put up with the
 ignorant " you owe me everything " people that try to get into your parking spot before you even fully back out.. all I can say is the big white truck is not going to be moved by the rusty minivan

Best place to shop. Best prices and selection. Lacking in customer service. Need to improve in that area.

Came for work purposes to purchase someone an item utilizing a tax exempt form. Staff at customer service first admitted that they did not know how to do this and that they'd have to get someone else. They then looked at the tax exempt form I have (which I have used succesfully at numerous other stores) which is a half page and insisted that it needed to be a full page. I let them know that I have used it numerous other places and that all the necessary information is included but they maintained that they needed the form to be a full page. Then, instead of arguing, I took my business to Ollie's where they were able to use the form without issue.

I love my Walmart.  The only thing that was a little negative was not enough cash registers were open.  While I was in line they opened up more.  I was almost done by the time my son came to wait with me.  When will layaway start for Christmas?  I have 7 chilren, 17 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.  I need layaway asap, please. Thank you.
