If I could give no stars, I would. With the amount of people that go in and out of this location, one would think they'd be staffed enough to actually take care of it. The only place I feel that is even remotely clean is the Pharmacy and that's a stretch. I can't go anywhere in that store and find help, or without stepping on food or nasty spit on the ground. Take care of this place, maybe people might actually care about also keeping it nice when they walk in there.

Horrible service I don't give them less then a star because it will not let me yesterday, I was doing Christmas shopping they had on the Walmart website a special price for a toy my three year old wanted they then it was showing out of stock but while I was in the store they had one I kept doing my shopping and finally I went to pay for it they called the manager of course some guy on a wheel chair he was OK, she was not rude but still he refused to honor the price they had on their own website, I asked if I could speak to someone else some crazy lady comes out like if she was going to attack me I showed her that in their website they had that special price she said it didn't matter she was not going to honor that price she was very rude in front of my three year old and I could not buy her Christmas present she wanted, never buy anything at Walmart they have the worse service and not just that they don't even price match to their own website they are greedy people. I have made that choice not to ever shop at this place where they will humiliate you in front of your children. At the end I said you know this is the reason why you are loosing sales because of your bad attitude she said oh well.

I absolutely love the grocery pickup service. It is so convenient to be able to go online and plan all my holiday meals and know exactly what it will cost me. Then to top it off they load it into my car and I dont have to walk info the store.

How is dis an oversized backpack worthy of me getting kicked out? It's my purse that I got in the purse section at this store?? Also the greeter could have been a bit nicer to me than hollering and talking down at me. Like sir, you work at Wal-Mart. You ain't going places, no need to talk down to me. Also, the customers here suck.

Just horrible! Wal-Mart should be ashamed of itself. This store is so disorganized. The staff can't or won't help. I needed pricing for an item that was shelved without a price tag and kept getting sent halfway across the store to self scan it. Nobody that works there was willing to help. The checkout lines were ridiculously long. 3 check stands were open and 2 were waiting for the lazy managers to do something for them. I literally waited in line for 25 minutes to purchase 1 thing. I ended up chucking it onto the already filthy displays near the register and went to Target which is literally 2 blocks away. On my way out I saw the greeters treating their passing customers like thieves. Checking their receipts to make sure they really paid for their carts filled with bagged items. This is the most disgusting place in the Salt lake valley.
