The hands down best place if you're looking to buy a pair of work boots; the most durable, the most comfortable, and under warranty to repair your pair if they become damaged or worn. True, they are about double what you'd pay for a normal pair of boots, but when it comes to being on your feet all day in a laborious position, nothing can even come close to comparing. The staff was more than patient and helpful with my shopping experience, as I couldn't decide on a single pair; as if I were a kid in a candy store. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a pair of long lasting, comfortable, quality boots!

Iv known about redwing going on 5 yrs now, Ever since i got my first pair of boots. Still got em.  Just bought a new pair as well. Mr. West was super informative about what would work and what wouldnt consideing what i do for work. He got me in a pair that worked out perfect. Definitely gotta go see tyler and have him help you out. Quality craftsmanship at its finest. And customer service at on a personal level. Thanks guys!

You want Red wings, come to this store. I had an issue with mine being too tight and hurting my feet,  came back to this store and they took care of me right away. Superb customer service and can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you!

One star is too much. The manager, Will sold my daughter a pair of safety boots that did not fit. There were only 3 choices in her size, and she took the best one. She told him her shoe size, and he brought the 3 pairs out. After wearing them lightly for a day or two, she returned them hoping for a refund as she got horrible blisters from being too big. The salesman, who was apparently the manager, was extremely rude. When my daughter said he never measured her foot, he said he did and she was basically a liar. Would not give her money back, even though Red Wing’s corporate office said it is entirely possible, but up to individual stores to provide refunds. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. GO TO THE ONE IN MURRAY, ABOUT 60TH SOUTH STATE.

I had a collapsed arch in my right foot and had spent tons of money trying to find something that would help to no avail.  Finally I talked my self into buying a pair of red wings and after a month of wearing my Irish Settlers there was no longer any pain in my foot at all.  However they had started to leak...this was a problem because I needed them as waterproof boots so I took them back and Will told me that I was using the wrong oil on them, replaced them and told me how to prevent the problem in the future! I was very impressed with the staff and the boots are the most comfortable thing I've ever put on my feet!
