On Jan.Third, 2018 I walked into the Walmart Optical on Craterlake Ave. Upon my entrance an employee named Randy greeted me and offered his services. I must admit that right away I probably appeared to not know what the hell I was asking for to Randy as I pulled up competitors ads thinking they were the Walmart ads and so in my asking of insurance coverage he was unaware of in accepting. The end result was I met someone who I thought was real and understanding of my side of the fence. He went ,in my opinion, way above what he needed to do to help me understand and like on my Optical choices! A little lighter in the wallet, but heavier in feeling satisfied I did something for myself and only myself in my purchases. I work hard and knowing my eyesight is going to be better I can be happy about this at work. I do deserve to feel good ! So, Randy in Optical .... Thank you!

I really like it here. Where I am originally from we don't have a Walmart super center, just a small one. I loved how there are so many more choices and options. Also more room. Nice for when the place gets crowded.

I drove to Medford to go to Walmart. I live in Grants Pass, Oregon and won't go to the one here because the customer service provided in GP is horrible. Management have coached associates for talking to customers... that's what associates are supposed to do. But, the store here doesn't like their associates spending to much time explaining where products are to help customers locate stuff. The way they treat associates is the worst than any other place I've been to. I like the Walmart stores in Central Point and Eagle Point... it's worth the drive, if I want to shop at a Walmart.

My daughter was sick😲 but wasn't a bad trip to Wally world. Some prices are a little higher and don't always have the same products. The woman's clothes is a bigger slection. My girls always love the little arcade rides. This was meant for the Eagle Point Walmart lol 😋

I just wanted to say there is amazing Walmart staff the helped save my little girls lives and we are are grateful and thankful for every one in this store it takes allot to do what they did and I don't know how I could ever repay them for everything thank you again. Im gonna go in a talk to the store manager and let him know how thankful we are to have them there
