Typical Walmart with the grocery section. Workers were friendly and helpful. The store was busy and checking out took a few minutes. The store was well stocked and found all items I was looking for.

I usually have a good experience here, but tonight was miserable. We originally scheduled pick-up for6 PM, however my wife called them around 12 PM and asked to change the time to 5 PM. She was given confirmation over the phone that the order could be changed and had been done in their system. I arrived 30 minutes early for the delivery and called to check-in and the man I spoke to told me I was checked in. About 5 minutes later an associate came to my car and told me it would be out by 5 and that things were a little crazy. About 5 minutes later another associate by and checked me in again, which I thought was strange since I had already been checked in. Then he said my order was for 6, and I explained that my wife had called and been told it was moved to 5. He said he would go back inside and check. About 10 minutes later the associate who had told me earlier that it was crazy came back and told me she had spoken to my wife and that the time didn’t get changed, but that that they were working on it then and I would have it within no longer than 30 minutes. I waited 35 minutes and then called back inside the store and spoke with the same employee who had checked me in. I asked him about the status of the order and he told me my pick-up time wasn’t until 6, so I then explained the whole situation to him. He then told me that he didn’t know who I spoke with but that wasn’t true and that my pick-up time was 6, so I explained to him that my wife had spoken to the associate who had come to my car and told me she had spoken with her and what I had been told. He was extremely rude the whole time and finally told me that it wouldn’t be out until 6 and maybe later because they were running behind. It was a complete mess there with no one communicating, me being told different stories, and the one male associate I spoke to was ridiculously rude. The female employee was nice but clearly just made up a story to cover up her mistake. It would have been fine if they would have just told me they made a mistake at 4:30 and that it wouldn’t be ready until 6.

I typically enjoy Walmart shopping due to the wide range of products. I am somewhat troubled with the refund policy. We made an online purchase in mid Nov and shortly after the purchase we decided to cancel the order. It's been 3 weeks and we haven't received the refund yet. Not sure why it's taking so long, considering our account was debited almost instantlt.

Used to really love it!!.... Until recently, they change store managers as well as people that were excellent back in the electronics department now gone, and at that time there were only two or three really good ones. One left, one is back there but is rarely seen at the time I'm usually there on the weekends and the other one gets transferred to other departments all over the store that he really doesn't know much about, when he should be in electronics that he knows everything about.... Makes sense to me right?NOT!!! So they're therefore I don't shop in the electronics anymore. I go to Micro Center or Best Buys and do my shopping for electronics. Especially Microcenter, those guys know everything, if they don't they will find somebody that does have an answer to your question. But as far as Walmart Supercenter off of Manchester and 141. I go there very rarely anymore, because the people, overall, now know nothing about much of anything in their departments. I will still do some grocery shopping, only because I'm familiar with the store layout now even though it has been changed around and was it first very confusing to a lot of us as customers talk to each other . The other is the pharmacy , which most of the staff has not changed and a few of them still there know where everything is at if you can't find it or they know if they carry it or not and the reason you can't find it. I've noticed the shelves not stocked appropriately. And to find somebody to answer a question you might as well look for gold bars on the shelves. But otherwise, there are few still left that know what they're doing... But they're usually up front at the cash registers.... I personally, because I go there, usually every weekend religiously sometimes I would go through the week but rarely I do that anymore. But on the weekend there seems to be less Shoppers / customers then there was before. That's all I can say because this site doesn't let you express everything I'd like to say because it has a 'exceed limit' on how much you can 'express your opinion' as I found that out trying to expressing my opinion on another place. So I just put stars now if I have a lot to say I don't even try....

Great location. Online pickup orders ready in minutes. Customer service for returns also very quick. Never had a problem here.
