I am a long time customer at Macy's St Peters Mo. My name is terrell there are two young ladies that are most helpful, 2 of the nicest women & coincidentally they're are both named DONNA. I can't call tell you their last names, but both use to work in 'men' s clothing. Well one of these young ladies were transferred to youth clothing. 'GOOD LUCK' to you. Well I just wanted to say to both Donna' s keep up the good work & as long as you ladies are working at Macy's St Peters i will always be a customer. It's good people like the 2 young lady's that make me & other consumers want to shop in store instead of online. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!! terrell aka 'customer'

Drove 30 minutes to Macy's to use great coupon only to find coupons not good on anything in the "BackStage" area, which was half of the lower level. I didn't bother checking out the rest of the store because I didn't want to waste anymore time figuring out what was or wasn't coupon worthy. I didn't like what they've done to cookware dept. I usually buy cookware as Christmas gifts but everything has been moved to a different section. The lights are dim, and the arrangement isn't easy to find what you want. Went to Bed Bath and Beyond and easily found Cuisinart kitchen appliances AND THEY honored my EXPIRED coupon. I won't be back to Macy's for quite some time!

Employees just walk around and ignore customers. Lie and say they don't have something in stock but when my fiance calls they magically have it. When the same person told me no not 15 minutes before. Currently being ignored by the same employee. LOL

Great selection of attire. Only gave 4 stars because they didn't carry what I needed
