The store was nice and tidy, everything was easy to find. There were not nearly enough registers open. One self check out register and 10 customers, only one other regular register open, people were talking about leaving their groceries and walking out. I know y'all can do better than that, there are plenty of people begging for a job right now! All the workers you had stocking the shelves were doing a great job though.

Never enough cashier's to ring out customers. You do see a lot of workers walking around,on their phones, I doing a lot of talking. If they on break that's different they shouldn't be on the floor with their work vest on. The positive thing is that it's in a good location. Needs better customer service.

At first, I knew the customer service attendant would be helpful because I called ahead of time and they told me what I was looking for was in stock. However, the young lady at the customer service was very lazy and unhelpful after telling me 20 mins prior the items I wanted were in stock. But gratefully, the Assistant Manager, Kim, was attentive, helpful and not scared to work. She searched for the stock in the back that was not visible on the shelf. The younger personnel hopefully will learn from Kim’s awesome work ethic.

The store was much better this time. Could find all itmes with no problems. Operations doing better.

This Wal-Mart operated like a prison, you're automatically expected to do criminal activity, you're a criminal when you walk through those doors. You can't be trusted. Big brother is watching.
