Wonderful salon! I took my daughter to Diane for her first relaxer. She listened to all of my concerns and talked me through everything she recommended. Quiet atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Cost is up there but worth it for the service and great stylists.

It is a great store with high quality items and mostly pleasant staff. However, Customer service is very poor at times. On my last visit I waited for about 1/2 an hour in the line and ended up with an inconsiderate and arrogant sales associate who doesn't even know what is supposed to do, simply to return 1 item, even after presented with an email receipt of the item. This resulted in an unpleasant wait for another additional 15 minutes which the sales associate or any other customer service staff did not even bothered at least to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Most of the staff seemed friendly and helpful. But they were way understaffed. I wandered for 30 minutes before I was finally able to find someone who wasn't already with a customer. They didn't have what I came in for but they can't have everything so I ended up ordering it online. The only other downside was the person who did my return was slow and uninterested in what he was doing. It took nearly 5 minutes to confirm it wasn't in any of the other stores in the area.

This JCP has a wonderful selection of everything...however they do NOT have a sales associate to assist you in the shoe department...problem for me....overall a good pick for shopping.
