Worst customer service ever. I hit the button in the electronics section that said click button for an associate to help you. After hitting the button 6 times the phone started to ring. The associate then came over answered the phone and then hung up and walked off. After 5-6 more associates walked by chatting it up and not even paying attention to any customers the phone rang again. This time the same associate answered the phone chatted laughed and then ran off. Still no acknowledgment of me standing there waiting to be helped. Finally the phone rang one more time after about 5 minutes and the associate answered the phone hung up and asked if I needed help. I use to work for Walmart years ago and service to the customer was a valued thing. There where a great company and trained their employees to be outstanding people . I feel as though this is no longer a belief and that the customers don't matter unless corporate is in the building doing a walk through. If you can avoid wall mart and find a grocery store somewhere else. "service the the customer always" my butt! Get well soon Walmart!

I love this Wal-Mart! They have good prices and it's always clean. They make sure they have enough people working registers and even have self checkout. If you're hungry, they do have a subway inside!

I know, I know reviewing a Walmart, really?? But yes, I like that this is a nice well kept and clean store but they are ALWAYS out of all kinds of things. In my 4 years of living in this area I have not once came into the store and been able to get everything on my list. Its such a pain to have to go to Kroger in Little Elm to finish the list or go to a Walmart by my office. For example the Jimmy Dean breakfast I eat everyday has not been stocked in the last 6 weekends I have came here, but Little Elm and Lewisville both have it. Seems like a lot of younger people working here, maybe they need someone a little more experience in inventory to run this joint because whats happening now isn't working! Edited to add in about checking your dates on food from here! I have came home with food on several occasions to find out it is either already expired or will be within the next day or 2. I brought home bread once that was already full of mold as well, quality control is seriously lacking here.

Meat and produce are not good (if you want it to last more than one day go elsewhere). If you need a question answered just pay more and go somewhere else. I called and was transferred 6 times and on hold for 35 min just to give them their own item number to see if it's in stock. Then the managers (yes plural) who looked it up said "well we don't stock it here" and then I asked one to go look at the shelf..... And it was magically there! They had them in stock. Store is losing my business as other stores move into the area.

Got to be the crappiest walmart I have ever been in. Cashier has no idea of how to get the change of 4.19 from 27.00 cash given. Then have items on their shelves but yet when I get it and give to them it doesn't ring up. So then I'm told it must be recalled. Lol whatever if y'all are too lazy to remove them or sell it then me then ok I'll just post a review as im doing
