Wonderful customer service.   Purchased 4 new tires in the last 30 days.  Service rep didn't try to oversell the tires I needed (as my long time service firm did) but rather got me great value for a very good price.  But what REALLY impressed me was having problems with 2 tires (not their fault) and both issued resolved at no charge.    You have earned our tire business now for years.

I've been a customer at this location for many years.  They've always done a great job, and I'm usually in and out within an hour if I've made an appointment.  The lifetime free rotation and balance is an added bonus.  Sam, my advisor, was courteous and efficient, and Johnny, the technician, did a great job on my Ford Raptor.  True professionals.  Highly recommended.

Don’t respect appointments. I have made one a week ago in a morning and still had to wait 15mins in queue.. what’s the point of appointments then?
